Hemp is perhaps the answer to most problems in the world. Ambitious, yes. An exaggeration, no.
If grown extensively, its diverse uses can be of significant value to the environment, the economy, world hunger, personal health, and so much more.
For the environment, hemp can reduce deforestation, pesticide use, provide a sustainable biofuel, and replace GMO cotton among other benefits. It grows like a weed without the need for pesticides or heavy fertilizers.
Hemp does just about anything wood can do and it only takes 6 months to renew, not 20 years. It can be used to make paper, to build homes with, and as fuel for fire.
Hemp clothing is far more durable than cotton, which is an industry still operating a form of slavery from cultivation to production. GMO cotton has led to indentured servitude for Indian farmers where failed crops and debt result in shockingly high suicide rates. Hemp is simply a better material for clothing.
The oil in the hemp seed can be made into biodiesel just like any vegetable oil. Most arguments against biofuels are that their crops take up too much valuable farm land that should be used for food, and it takes more energy than it gives back when all things are considered (fertilizer, pesticides, planting and harvesting machinery, refining).
With hemp, biofuel is merely a bi-product of this crop, not it’s main use. The fiber of the plant is still an extremely valuable commodity. Whereas corn ethanol needs a lot of land with tons of intensive chemicals, and the process of turning corn into ethanol is then a net energy loss.
As today’s economy falters due to a variety of systematic problems, the world is in desperate need of a new industry. Worldwide hemp legalization and promotion would lead to a revolution in nearly all major industries. Entrepreneurs would have a field day with textiles, plastics, body care, construction, etc.
Industrial hemp’s female counterpart, marijuana, provides effective natural medicine for a number of ailments. Cannabis is one of mankind’s oldest recorded healing plants. As its prohibition lessens, modern man is only just beginning to discover the exciting medical uses of marijuana, which are provably vast already.
Cannabis can ease pain, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, PTSD, arthritis, and has even been proven to have anti-cancerous properties. When eaten or vaporized, cannabis is entirely beneficial as a natural alternative because any unwanted tars are not inhaled. Furthermore, juicing raw cannabis has many benefits and zero psychoactive effects.
Hemp alone is powerful enough to be a game changer for the environment and for human society as a whole. It’s time to unleash the hemp seed.

This tidbit was in a recent one.
In 1913, two Russian researchers fed large amounts of cholesterol to a group of hungry rabbits. When they saw yellow gunk clogging the rabbits arteries, they leap to the conclusion that cholesterol must be responsible for coronary artery disease.
Robert Ford, as long ago as 1969, called the cholesterol theory of heart disease a tragic blunder. In a book called Stale Food vs. Fresh Food, he gave us some important information about the Russian experiment that had been overlooked. He wrote, ‘Their finding was one of those unfortunate half-truths which only served to mislead.’ In his commonsense way of looking at the cholesterol theory of heart disease, Ford said, ‘It is absurd to say that something we are largely made of would be harmful for us to eat.’
Ford explained that dietary cholesterol is harmful only if it is stale or rancid. When he read the original article by the Russians he was amazed to discover that they had fed their rabbits ‘pure crystalline cholesterol dissolved in vegetable oil’ to produce the cholesterol buildup in arteries. They didn’t stop to think that crystalline cholesterol is not something the body can use but is ‘an unnatural stale substance now known as oxycholesterol, which is not found in fresh food or in the healthy human body.’ Ford said the cholesterol theory is untrue and has served to deceive us by delaying discovery of the true causes and cures.
Udo Erasmus wrote an enlightening book about fats and oils called Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill. From his decades-long research he concludes, ‘The cholesterol scare is big business for doctors, laboratories, and drug companies. It is also a powerful marketing gimmick for vegetable oil and margarine manufacturers. In the end, cholesterol will be exonerated from its role as primary villain in cardiovascular disease. The accusing finger points at ‘experts’ who concocted the cholesterol theory to drum up business by spreading fear.’

(NaturalNews) After weeks of investigation, NaturalNews can now reveal that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is waging a clandestine war on raw milk dairy farmers through a network of government spies who are coached on infiltration and social engineering techniques. Resembling the Stasi East German police or KGB of the former Soviet Union, these undercover FDA agents meet each month for a “spying roundtable”phone conferencecalled theRaw Milk Callduring which techniques of infiltration are openly discussed and encouraged.
NaturalNews can now reveal that the majority of these undercover FDA agents are women, who are more easily able to infiltrate the raw dairy community with techniques ofsocial engineering(see below).
The existence of this elaborate spying operation has been confirmed by NaturalNews through three different sources, all of which demanded anonymity as they fear being targeted by the FDA with armed raids, false arrest and destruction of their property, as we recently witnessed with the Rawesome Foods raid. One source told NaturalNews they feared the FDA would stage a Waco-style siege of their farm and invent some justification to assault their farmhouse and shoot them and their family. Yes, this is how much freedom has been lost in America today, wherefarmers are afraid to speak out for fear they might be killed.And yet, it’s not paranoia: They have legitimate reason to fear their own government is targeting them for termination.
Through these sources, NaturalNews has learned the FDA coaches its network of spies to engage in KGB-style social engineering techniques in order to win the trust of the very people it then targets for armed raids and arrest. Those techniques include:
• FDA agents visiting local farmers’ markets and gathering names of possible raw milk providers to be targeted.
• FDA agents calling those targets and trying to convince them to sell raw dairy products by telling “sob stories” of how they have a baby that can’t breastfeed, and they need raw goat’s milk to keep the baby alive. (This is why most undercover FDA agents are women — they make more convincing social engineers when it comes to issues like finding goat’s milk to feed babies.)
• FDA agents engage in name-dropping of others in the raw dairy community in order to imply trust. In California, for example, they might say, “I spoke with Mark McAfee at Organic Pastures, and he told me to talk to you.” This technique impresses the target, thinking they have been recommended by a big name in the raw dairy industry. In reality, the whole story is fiction and is just used by FDA spies to try to ensnare other raw dairy producers.
• FDA is building a secret government database of raw dairy customers. This is accomplished by training its spies and agents todemand the confiscation of customer listsfrom raw dairy farmers. Such lists are then delivered to FDA headquarters in Washington D.C. where they are added to a growing database of names,email addressesand sometimes even home addresses. It is not known what the FDA ultimately plans to do with this list.
• FDA pays huge sums of cash each month to various state agriculture departments, then sends top-level FDA infiltration agents to those states to train state-level agents in these same clandestine techniques. As one example, NaturalNews has learned the FDA currently pays the Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture more than $80,000 a month for it to spend on these raw dairy spying and infiltration schemes. Shortly after the program was launched, FDA flew several of its top agents to Wisconsin to walk the local farmers’ markets with spies-in-training agents, teaching them spying and infiltration techniques in what was essentially a “Raw milk spy camp.”
• FDA agents have been well trained and schooled on runningelaborate entrapment schemeswhich are operated with the sole purpose of persuading small, local raw dairy farmers to break the law or violate FDA regulations so that the FDA can justify an armed raid on their farm operation.
• Many millions of dollars (NaturalNews could not get accurate numbers on the total expenditures) are being spent by the FDA on these spying and infiltration programs. None of these programs are reported to Congress. None are reported to the press. These are entirely “dark operations” conducted behind the scenes, with no official announcements, and with no desire to attract publicity of any kind. They are, essentially,secret warsbeing conducted against America’s farmers, with no congressional approval whatsoever.
• NaturalNews was told that FDA head Margaret Hamburg is not only authorizing these secret spying operations, but that she tooka personal rolein structuring the operations so that they would not be made public. NaturalNews has not yet been able to confirm this allegation, since obviously the FDA outright refuses to return our phone calls, insisting on operating entirely in secret.
• As part of its secret spying and social engineering effort, the FDA also runs anational farmer intimidation programwhere FDA agents dressed in what look like FBI or “agency” uniforms just show up at farmers’ homes and engage inverbal intimidationin order to dissuade farmers from producing or marketing raw dairy products. This is done without a warrant and completely outside the law. Farmers are routinely told thatif they talk about this, they will be targeted with armed raids.
• One farmer was told, “If you go public with this, we will come back and have your entire herd destroyed by claiming your cows are infected with mad cow disease.” This is a classic secret police-style intimidation technique, and it explains why so few raw dairy farmers have been willing to step forward and go public with their stories. One sheep farmer was already targeted and had his entire flock of sheepmurdered by the FDAworking in conspiracy with state agriculture officials, under the false pretense that the sheep were infected. • FDA officials have stated, during these monthly “Raw Milk Calls,” that their goal is the complete destruction of the raw dairy industry in the United States, and that achieving this goal was a top priority of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
• FDA has also stated that it plans to use the increased funding provided to it under the Food Safety Modernization Act toexpand its secret spying and infiltration networkand train even more spies to entrap and intimidate raw dairy farmers.
• Many of the people now attempting to join raw milk buying clubs and meet-up groups are actuallyundercover FDA agentswho are gathering names, emails, addresses and other “evidence” to be used to justify future armed FDA raids. National lists are being drawn up and prioritized to create “hit lists” of farms to raid under the Food Safety Modernization Act.
• Salaries and bonuses of clandestine FDA employees are raised based on the “performance” of how many raw dairy operations are shut down, how many customer names are confiscated, successful raw milk “buys” and other key milestones of oppression and tyranny that are set by the FDA. In this way, FDA agents are financially rewarded based on the number of American farmers they crush.
The FDA’s secret war reveals how the U.S. government is headed toward total police state tyranny
That this situation exists in the United States today is a disturbing and powerful commentary onthe runaway power of regulatory agencieswhich have essentially built their ownlawless kingdomsof power, subject to no law and no checks or balances.
The FDA, in particular, simplywrites its own lawwithout any congressional approval whatsoever. It wages its own secret wars, runs its own spy network and is essentially rising up to become its ownsecret police organization(or terrorist group). None of this has ever been approved by Congress. The head of the FDA is not elected by the voters. And President Obama is either unaware that all this is going on or refuses to do anything about it. (President Bush did nothing about it, either, and you can bet that unless the next President is Ron Paul, this same look-the-other-way attitude will continue at the White House).
The FDA, notably, far from protecting Americans from dangerous foods and drugs, now seesthe people as the enemyand spends an inordinate amount of its time and money waging secret spying campaigns and plotting armed raids against innocents. If this rise to power continues, the FDA will effectively becomethe KGB of agriculture, eventually wielding its own firearms and running terror-style hit-and-run assaults on people engaged in small-scale organic farming, gardening or raw dairy production. This is, essentially,all-out war against the American people, and it’s all being funded by your taxpayer dollars and carried out with the full tolerance of the President himself.
President Obama could put a stop to this if he wanted to. The FDA could be reeled in and de-funded. It could be split into two separate agencies: Foods, and then Drugs as a separate agency. Congress could pass a “food freedom rights” law that guarantees the protection of farmers (of course, the FDA would probably just ignore it, as the agency respects absolutely no law whatsoever).
The growing revolt against the FDA’s war on innocents
NaturalNews has learned, through its own network of informants, that the most likely outcome of all this is agrowing citizens’ revolt against FDA tyranny. While this revolt is so far focused on peaceful protest and non-violent resistance against the FDA’s secret war on Americans, it is my personal belief that at some point we will witness an escalation where FDA agents who are discovered and “outed” wind up shot in the head, or farmers begin to fight back and defend their farms against FDA raids through the use of firearms — which is, of course, their right.
That’s the whole point of the Second Amendment, of course: To give the citizens of America a fighting chance against oppressive government. This is why the right to own firearms was specifically placed in the Bill of Rights, just after the right to Free Speech. It was not put there as a right to go hunting or to engage in “sport” shooting. It was written there specifically as a way for the citizens to protect themselves from government tyrants who, throughout history, have always — always! — overstepped their bounds to become tyrannical, oppressive regimes that end up using guns against innocent citizens.
It is only the mass armament of the People that creates the ultimate “balance” of keeping government power in check. When the FDA enforces its criminal agenda through the threat of guns, it is up to the People to invoke their own Second Amendment protections in response and present an armed, lawful, protective resistance against tyranny that tells the FDA, “If you continue down this path, you will be fired upon.”
I believe we are very close to entering the age ofa shooting warbetween farmers and the FDA. I would encourage the FDA agents who are no doubt reading this to strongly consider: Is your war against raw milk worthrisking your life?

JULIAN HUXLEY AND EUGENICS: Huxley said of Dean Inge’s dictum, “Eugenics is capable of becoming the most sacred ideal of the human race, as a race: one of the supreme religious duties” in his 1936 Galton lecuture that:
“I entirely agree with him. Once the full implications of evolutionary biology are grasped, eugenics will inevitably become part of the religion of the future, or of whatever complex of sentiments may in the future take the place of organized religion.” (Huxley 1936)
SIR FRANCIS GALTON, FATHER OF EUGENICS: “It must be introduced into the national conscience, like a new religion. If you want to avoid sugar, aspartame, trans-fats, MSG, or just about anything else, you read the label. If you want to avoid G.M.O.’s — genetically modified organisms — you’re out of luck. They’re not listed. You could, until now, simply buy organic foods, which by law can’t contain more than 5 percent G.M.O.’s. Now, however, even that may not work.
In the last three weeks, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has approved three new kinds of genetically engineered (G.E.) foods: alfalfa (which becomes hay), a type of corn grown to produce ethanol), and sugar beets. And the approval by the Food and Drug Administration of a super-fast-growing salmon — the first genetically modified animal to be sold in the U.S., but probably not the last — may not be far behind.
It’s unlikely that these products’ potential benefits could possibly outweigh their potential for harm. But even more unbelievable is that the F.D.A.and the U.S.D.A. will not require any of these products, or foods containing them, to be labeled as genetically engineered, because they don’t want to “suggest or imply” that these foods are “different.” (Labels with half-truths about health benefits appear to be O.K., but that’s another story.)
They are arguably different, but more important, people are leery of them. Nearly an entire continent — it’s called Europe — is so wary that G.E. crops are barely grown there and there are strict bans on imports (that policy is in danger). Furthermore, most foods containing more than 0.9 percent G.M.O.’s must be labeled.
G.E. products may grow faster, require fewer pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides, and reduce stress on land, water and other resources; they may be more profitable to farmers. But many of these claims are in dispute, and advances in conventional agriculture, some as simple as drip irrigation, may achieve these same goals more simply. Certainly conventional agriculture is more affordable for poor farmers, and most of the worlds’ farmers are poor. (The surge in suicides among Indian farmers has been attributed by some, at least in part, to G.E. crops, and it’s entirely possible that what’s needed to feed the world’s hungry is not new technology but a better distribution system and a reduction of waste.)
To be fair, two of the biggest fears about G.E. crops and animals — their potential to provoke allergic reactions and the transfer to humans of antibiotic-resistant properties of G.M.O.’s — have not come to pass. (As far as I can tell, though, they remain real dangers.) But there has been cross-breeding of natural crops and species with those that have been genetically engineered, and when ethanol corn cross-pollinates feed corn, the results could degrade the feed corn; when G.E. alfalfa cross-pollinates organic alfalfa, that alfalfa is no longer organic; if a G.E. salmon egg is fertilized by a wild salmon, or a transgenic fish escapes into the wild and breeds with a wild fish … it’s not clear what will happen.
This last scenario is impossible, say the creators of the G.E. salmon — a biotech company called AquaBounty — whose interest in approval makes their judgment all but useless. (One Fish and Wildlife Service scientist wrote in material obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, “Maybe they should watch ‘Jurassic Park.’ “)
But the testing process is suspect: the F.D.A. relied on data submitted by AquaBounty (that data is for fish raised in Prince Edward Island, even though the company plans to raise the fish in Panama, which is possibly illegal).
Also curious is that the salmon is being categorized as a “new animal drug” which means that the advisory committee in charge of evaluating it is composed mostly of veterinarians and animal scientists, instead of, say, fish ecologists or experts in food safety. Not surprisingly, the biotech industry has spent over half a billion dollars on G.M.O. lobbyists in the last decade, and Michael Taylor, the F.D.A. deputy commissioner for foods, was once vice president for public policy at Monsanto. Numerous groups of consumers, farmers, environmental advocates, scientists, supporters of organic food and now even congressmen — last week, a bill was introduced to ban G.E. salmon — believe that the approval process demonstrated a bias towards the industry.
Cross-breeding is guaranteed with alfalfa and likely with corn. (The U.S.D.A. claims to be figuring out ways to avoid this happening, but by then the damage may already be done.) And the organic dairy industry is going to suffer immediate and frightening losses when G.E. alfalfa is widely grown, since many dairy cows eat dried alfalfa (hay), and the contamination of organic alfalfa means the milk of animals fed with that hay can no longer be called organic. Likewise, when feed corn is contaminated by G.E. ethanol corn, the products produced from it won’t be organic. (On the one hand, U.S.D.A. joins the F.D.A. in not seeing G.E. foods as materially different; on the other it limits the amount found in organic foods. Hello? Guys? Could you at least pretend to be consistent?)
The subject is unquestionably complex. Few people outside of scientists working in the field — self included — understand much of anything about gene altering. Still, an older ABC poll found that a majority of Americans believe that G.M.O.’s are unsafe, even more say they’re less likely to buy them, and a more recent CBS/NYT poll found a whopping 87 percent — you don’t see a poll number like that too often — wants them labeled.
In the long run, genetic engineering may prove to be useful. Or not. The science is adolescent at best; not even its strongest advocates can guarantee that there aren’t hidden dangers. So consumers are understandably cautious, and whether that’s justified or paranoid, it would seem we have a right to know as much as Europeans do.
Even more than questionable approvals, it’s the unwillingness to label these products as such — even the G.E. salmon will be sold without distinction — that is demeaning and undemocratic, and the real reason is clear: producers and producer-friendly agencies correctly suspect that consumers will steer clear of G.E. products if they can identify them. Which may make them unprofitable. Where is the free market when we need it?
A majority of our food already contains G.M.O.’s, and there’s little reason to think more isn’t on the way. It seems our “regulators” are using us and the environment as guinea pigs, rather than demanding conclusive tests. And without labeling, we have no say in the matter whatsoever.

World food inflation is smashing down on the world’s populations as prices rise precipitously in the face of increasing shortages and absurd monetary policies. Prices are rising everywhere. It is not millions but billions of people who must tighten their belts because they have no choice but to eat less. Billions of people on our planet have no discretionary funds so they just cannot afford the increased prices. They have to get by with less to eat. They have no choice.
Things can get so bad that people will not be able to buy foods at any price because they simply will not be available because they have been bought up by someone else. I am not talking about your neighbor here who just happened to beat you to the supermarket this morning. Imagine if China pulls out a $100 billion out of its almost bottomless pockets and purchases grain to feed its billions? Why wouldn’t they, after all, spend increasingly worthless paper on a mountain of food?
Below you will see that this is a real threat because of the drought that is going on there. Other governments are already stockpiling food staples in an attempt to contain panic buying, inflation and social unrest. There is nothing pretty about this quickly evolving food catastrophe and with each week the story only becomes gloomier.
The price of wheat is up 78.13 percent over
the past 12 months and still going higher.
Everywhere we turn we see dramatic climate events taking their toll on crops. The cold weather experienced across much of the U.S. in early February made its way deep into Mexico and early reports estimate 80-100 percent crop losses, which are having an immediate impact on prices in U.S. grocery stores with more volatility to come. As a result, prices on cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes and asparagus are set to explode in the states if in fact there will be much of any of these vegetables available at all.

“Minimal rainfall or snow this winter has crippled China’s major agricultural regions, leaving many of them parched. Crop production has fallen sharply as the worst drought in six decades shows no sign of letting up.” A severe drought has persisted in China’s northern territories for several months. In Hebei province, the farmers haven’t seen any rain for five months. What is going on in China has global breadbasket implications. So dire is the situation becoming that, “If the weather turns warmer and there is still no rain, then we will not be talking about lower agricultural production, but rather zero production, because the seedlings will all be dead,” reported one Chinese official. Wheat prices in Chicago jumped nearly two percent on the 8th of February when the United Nations’ food agency issued a rare alert that China’s crop was in trouble.
Record-breaking snowfall pounded South Korea’s east coast last Saturday when waist-deep snow stranded hundreds of motorists on highways and destroyed dozens of houses. The roofs of dozens of houses, livestock sheds, vinyl greenhouses—even a bowling alley—collapsed under the weight of the snow. According to the Gangwon Regional Meteorological Administration, the two-day snowfall in the area reached 43 inches (110 cm) in Samcheok, 39 inches (100.1 cm) in Donghae, 22 inches (56.3 cm) in Daegwallyeong mountain pass, and 17 inches (42.8 cm) in Sokcho.
Before Korea was hit it was Vietnam. After enduring a freezing cold with temperatures in mountainous areas dropping to – 4° C, northern Vietnam is undergoing another fresh cold snap. The record low temperature this year had frozen over 7,000 buffaloes and cows to death in more than 12 northern mountainous provinces, said Deputy Head of the Livestock Breeding Department Nguyen Thanh Son.
The location has been changing week by week but its one place on the planet after another being hit with agriculturally destructive weather patterns. Global food production and supply are being beaten down just as financial and monetary inflation also takes hold.
Financial-Sourced Causes of Price Increases
“Nasty weather in key agricultural markets around the world has savaged the global grain crop, meaning worldwide supplies can’t help but be squeezed. Australia, for instance, is experiencing additional flooding in areas that were already battered by the torrential rains of November, December and January. And as if the supply-related increase in agricultural commodities wasn’t enough, there’s also the U.S. dollar—and the so-called “race to the bottom”—to contend with. Make no mistake: The endless devaluations in the greenback are having a worldwide impact on agricultural commodity prices. Since commodities are priced in dollars, these devaluations translate into higher prices for grains and other food-related commodities,” writes Jack Barnes.
The Federal Reserve is printing money almost limitlessly now to extend the life of the United States government that is addicted to increasing debt and deficits. They are injecting money (debt) at a furious pace producing stacks of fine quality paper with colored ink. This blatant act of self-preservation is striking hard at the lower and middle classes around the world who have to pay higher and higher prices for their food, which on international markets is denominated in dollars. The day of reckoning for the dollar inches closer every day, as the Fed issues more Treasuries and floods the market with more devalued paper. Inevitably, this will cause prices to rise faster and faster as the value of U.S. currency drops further, pushing food prices up and up the side of a steep slope. The world is paying for American debt in terms of high food and energy prices.
So, the present tragedy is going to be compounded by too much money chasing the availability of food. Even in America, if you are not financially independent, the odds are good that someday you could be waiting in line to feed yourself and your family. It’s a mistake, even at this early point, to take this delicious-looking bread for granted.
We are not allowing yet onto our collective radar screens exactly what we are facing in the months and years ahead. The world is still looking normal for the “haves” but those who have less feel the avalanche of climbing food prices. We are only at the very beginning of a crisis that has “going to get much worse” written all over it.

It is the news that chocoholics have been waiting for: chocolate has been classed as a superfood.
And although strictly speaking cocoa comes from a seed rather than a fruit, the researchers say that should not stop one of our favourite sweet treats from joining the legions of superfruits.
Scientists at Hershey’s centre for health and nutrition compared the amount of antioxidants in a blueberry, cranberry, pomegranate and acai fruit juices.
Levels in 40g bars of dark chocolate and in mugs of cocoa and drinking chocolate were also analysed.
The small bars of dark chocolate came out top in all the tests, the Chemistry Central Journal reports.
Cocoa and dark chocolate triumphed in tests for flavanols, an antioxidant family credited with feats from preventing wrinkles to cutting the risk of heart disease.
Drinking chocolate, however, came last in all the tests, likely due to the antioxidants being stripped out during processing.
Dr Debra Miller, the study’s senior author, said that we need to look past ‘macronutrients’ like fat and protein when assessing the nutritional value of chocolate.
She said: ‘Cocoa powder provides nutritive value beyond that derived from its macronutrient composition.
‘Cocoa seeds should be considered a “superfruit” and products derived from cocoa seed extracts, such as natural cocoa powder and dark chocolate as “superfoods”.’
Other recent research has shown that just a chunk of dark chocolate a day could cut the risk of heart disease by up to a third.
Just 6.7g a day, or a quarter of an ounce, proved optimum for heart health.
Researchers have even gone as far as to claim that the smell of chocolate alone can protect against colds.
But, sadly for chocolate lovers, the treat’s high fat and sugar content means dieticians recommend it is eaten as part of a balanced diet, rich in less appealing foods such a brown rice, pulses and fruit and vegetables.
Tam Fry, of the National Obesity Forum, described the latest research as ‘a bit of fun’.
He added: ‘It may be that dark chocolate does have more antioxidants than some terrific-sounding fruits.
‘It is a case of everything in moderation.’
